The overall winner is Holly Hooks 19, from Belfast and winner of 19-23 category for her piece ‘Colour Beyond The Male Surface’.

"I'm extremely honoured to be the winner of the 19-23 year old category and the overall winner of the Bradley Art Prize. Winning this has not only helped me gain confidence personally and as an artist, it has also given me a platform to showcase my work. Terry Bradley's art has always been an inspiration for me being a portrait and mural artist from Belfast. His unique and captivating style has become a staple in Northern Ireland and one that has influenced my painting style immensely. I think the Bradley Art Prize is an excellent way of showing some of the talent Northern Ireland has to offer for all artists. The feedback I have received through winning the prize has very positive and I am thankful to be one of the winners amongst a group of such talented artists."

Winner of the 14-18 category is Erin McDaid, 16 from Bangor with ‘Distorted’

"Overall I think winning was just very encouraging and getting my piece recognised really allowed me to see the value in my work, in a way that I wouldn't be able to see otherwise. Winning my category was extremely inspiring and has pushed me to continue to create art and take art for A level which was a choice I was previously quite unsure about, so I'm mainly just so appreciative of Terry Bradley for this opportunity."

Over 23 category winner is Bradley Brimacombe, 25 from Bangor with ‘Love Me Until I’m Me Again'

"Art has always been a big part of my life and helped me through a lot of things so to win the Terry Bradley art award where the standard was so high as seen with the other winners and finalists means so much to me. To receive recognition for my work on this scale will definitely be one of the highlights of my art career."
