Refund policy

At Bradley Art, each artwork is created with care. Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on art purchases.

If you are unsatisfied, we may offer an exchange for the same item in a different frame or mount, or an exchange for another artwork. This is subject to in-person visits to our galleries, and only if the artwork, frames, or canvases are returned in perfect and undamaged condition.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
