Story Behind the Painting
'Love (Hand Tattoo)' is one of Terry Bradley's most intensely personal works. The painting depicts a female figure staring directly at the observer, her hand raised to cover her mouth and chin, a gesture of silence, uncertainty and raw vulnerability.
The inspiration came from a moment Terry experienced while in Australia, during one of the most turbulent periods of his life. Looking into a mirror, he found himself staring at a face he no longer recognised. His hand instinctively moved to cover part of his face as the weight of the moment closed in, the thought running through his mind was simply: what am I going to do?
That moment of not knowing yourself, of standing at the edge of something you cannot name, is what Terry has captured here. The heart tattooed on the hand becomes something complex in this context, not a simple sentiment but a question, a reminder, a lifeline.
This is Terry Bradley at his most honest.

Description
Our prints are high-quality giclée prints produced on either heavyweight museum-quality rough watercolour paper or artists’ canvas. Every print is signed by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity, also signed by him.

Framing options can be selected online, and once your artwork is prepared for collection at our gallery, you will be notified by phone in accordance with your preference.
Hand Embellishment
Hand-embellished orders are taken by the artist back to his studio where he personalises each one using either paint, pencil, or pen. He adds colour or detail that is unique to your piece making them an original, one-off piece. These pieces are numbered 1/1 and come with a certificate of authenticity.
Shipping & Collections
In-store Collection is available for all orders. Select 'Pick-Up' at checkout and choose your local gallery. Framed prints are available for collection in 2 - 3 weeks.
Local Van Delivery Service is available on the island of Ireland. Please choose "Ship" at checkout and then "Local Delivery". Once your order has been processed, we’ll be in touch to arrange a delivery date that suits you.
Worldwide Shipping is available for rolled artwork. Rolled prints are shipped via First Class recorded delivery in secure postal tubes and require a signature upon receipt. You will receive a text/email confirming your order has been fulfilled and posted. These notifications include tracking information (some countries excluded).
